If your neighbour has served notice on you, we’ll respond on your behalf to make sure your rights are protected. If they haven’t, we’ll contact them directly and remind them of their legal obligations under the Party Wall Act — so you’re not left chasing or second-guessing.

Together with your neighbour’s surveyor, we carry out a full inspection of your property. Every crack, mark, and detail gets recorded properly — so there’s a clear baseline before any work begins.
