We don’t just “note down” your concerns — we make sure they’re upheld. By liaising directly with your neighbour’s surveyor, we ensure your protections are written into the Party Wall Award, giving you solid ground if issues arise later.
When the builders finish next door, we return to inspect your property again. If any damage has arisen, it’s documented and dealt with — so you’re not left footing the bill.
