We agree the fee and the included work before you go ahead. If the brief changes or additional work is needed, we explain it and agree the cost with you first.
Are architectural revisions and council submissions included?
Architectural packages include unlimited revisions until approval or a decision notice, with council-requested changes during the live application. We confirm the submissions covered by your chosen package. This policy applies to architectural work.
