Your architectural designer will visit you at your home on the same day as your LiDAR scan. And here’s the key difference: this is the very same person who’ll be drawing your plans — not a freelancer with a 3D scanner who also knocks out floor plans for estate agents. You get real design expertise, face-to-face, with the person who will see your project through properly.

We Create Your Extension Plans

Back at the office, our team gets to work producing your extension drawings. These include everything from existing and proposed floor plans to elevations, sections, and roof details.
